Scott Walker had a deep love for God and people. Sometimes at his lowest points, he would stuff his pocket with small wooden crosses and hand them out to broken, hurting people in need of hope. Even while battling his own addiction, he wanted to help others and shared many times his desire to open a sober living home due to the lack of helpful, quality staffed homes in the greater Phoenix area.

Scott’s vision was for a non-profit, Christian sober living home that would be run with honesty, integrity, and care. In Memory of Scott, Grace Sober Living is a result of wanting to fulfill Scott’s wishes to help others with their recovery. So much love, time and dedication has been given to bring his desire to fruition.

To transform lives by providing Christ-centered recovery care and housing to people overcoming

alcoholism and addiction.

Our first Grace Sober Living Home, Scott's Place, opened in May of 2021. The home has beds for seven men who are recovering from their addiction and a full-time, live-in House Manager.

We plan to open more of these non-profit Sober Living Homes in Phoenix and Scottsdale as God leads.

Ours homes are alcohol- and drug-free environment for individuals recovering from their addiction. These residences are less restrictive than treatment programs. Residents can attend school, go to work, and enjoy social functions while living in our home. But we require participation in recovery meetings, bible studies, ongoing counseling, and a contribution to making their environment clean and inviting for everyone. Our Grace Sober Living Homes include things like a basketball hoop, a ping pong table, weights, exercise equipment, and other activities to help residents have fun and reach optimal wellness through their recovery process.
